TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and Premier Biotech, LLC ("Premier Biotech," "Seller," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business through AmericanDrugTest.com.
By placing an order or purchasing products or services through AmericanDrugTest.com, the Customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
ORDERS AND PRICING
All orders are subject to acceptance by Premier Biotech. Prices, product availability, specifications, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Premier Biotech reserves the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other errors and to cancel or modify an affected order when necessary.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise stated on an invoice or agreed to in writing, payment is due prior to shipment.
The terms contained in this agreement and on Premier Biotech invoices take precedence over conflicting terms contained in a Customer purchase order unless Premier Biotech agrees otherwise in writing.
Delinquent accounts may be subject to reasonable collection costs and fees as permitted by law.
SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates.
Premier Biotech is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, supply disruptions, weather, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly and report shortages, damage, or incorrect products.
PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all product instructions, labeling, expiration dates, storage requirements, warnings, and applicable laws.
Drug testing products are generally intended to provide preliminary screening results. Non-negative or presumptive positive results should be confirmed using an appropriate laboratory testing method when required.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, credits, refunds, and exchanges are subject to Premier Biotech's current return policy.
Certain products may not be returnable due to regulatory, safety, expiration, special-order, or manufacturer restrictions.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Biotech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, except warranties expressly provided in writing by Premier Biotech or the applicable manufacturer.
This includes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where legally permitted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier Biotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business.
Premier Biotech's total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions and transactions through AmericanDrugTest.com are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Premier Biotech, LLC is the merchant responsible for sales transactions processed through AmericanDrugTest.com.
