Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time typically ship the same business day, subject to product availability. Ground shipments generally arrive within 1-5 business days.
Express orders should be placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time for same-day processing. For express orders placed after this cutoff, please contact us directly to confirm availability.
Free FedEx Ground Shipping
We offer free FedEx Ground shipping on orders of $150 or more within the continental United States.
Orders under $150 receive discounted FedEx shipping rates.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
We also offer competitive express and overnight shipping rates through FedEx and UPS. For large orders, pallet shipments, or freight pricing, please call 800-915-7017.
International Shipping
American Drug Test ships to many countries worldwide. Product and destination restrictions may apply.
Customers who wish to use their own FedEx or UPS account for international shipping should call 800-915-7017 for assistance.
Return Policy
Unused, unopened, and returnable products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to approval and a 30% restocking fee.
Restocking fees and return shipping charges do not apply when the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.
Drug and Alcohol Testing Products
Drug and alcohol testing products are not returnable, and all sales are final, except in cases involving a verified product defect or shipping error.
Drug testing products are regulated and must be stored under specific conditions. Once these products leave our warehouse, proper storage conditions cannot be independently verified.
If American Drug Test determines that a product is defective or that an incorrect product was shipped, we may provide a replacement, account credit, or refund as appropriate.
Return Authorization
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by American Drug Test before the product is returned.
