Returns Policy

Do to the nature of the product we only accept returns or exchanges with prior authorization. All returns require an RA (Return Authorization) prior to sending product back for a refund or exchange. If you received an incorrect item, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within four to seven days upon receiving product back in our warehouse.  Which includes time to receive the product back into inventory and the time our merchant services processor takes to put the funds back on your credit card.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We offer FREE FedEx Ground shipping to the continental United States for orders of $50 or more.  In most cases, orders received by 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be shipped on the day of the order.  Please call 470-377-5800 for additional questions or special delivery requests.  Additionally, we can ship FedEx Express Saver, 2nd Day Air, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and First Overnight.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
