EZ SPLIT KEY CUP 4-PANEL TESTS ARE ACCURATE AND EASY TO USE

1. Remove the E-Z Cup urine drug test from the foil pouch
2. Remove the "key" from the center of the cup cap
3. Donor provides urine specimen (note: minimum fill line)
4. Secure the cap tightly by pressing down on the lid until you hear the click
5. Insert the key at the base of the cup and depress completely to initiate the test. Start the timer
6. Read the temperature strip affixed to the test cup between 2 to 4 minutes. Temperature readings outside of the 90-100° range may indicate dilution or tampering
7. Peel the label off the multi-drug test card to view results, read and interpret the E-Z Cup drug test results at 5 minutes
